Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from return, including:

  • Newspapers or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, VHS, software, etc.)

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error

Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

For valuable returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
